New Day

Life is just passing by way to fast for me these days.
I used to be a magazine addict.
I don't buy them much anymore, but the colors on
the front of this one caught my eye!

delight;
great pleasure, joy.
Your momma is missing you copper pony.
My hip hurt me a week ago, and I could barley walk for a day.
I am now just able to sleep on that side.
Don't know what I did.
Then I came down with a terrible bug.
Missed one day of work. Luckily I was off the next.
I am feeling better today.
I had been working really hard getting ready for
setting up "All That Jazz."
I think my body is trying to tell me something.
I am listening!

Today I found these pictures on the computer.
I thought they were kind of fun.

I will get myself back on track here soon.
I just have to take one day at a time.
Life is tugging at me to start chasing a few more dreams!!!
Have a great weekend!

Awesome. I love how the jockeys used to ride with long stirrups and harness racing had HUGE wheels on their carts. I wonder how horses and jockeys/drivers now would compare in a race against the old styles.

Sorry you are sick! I hope that you all get over it soon so that I can come visit! I don't want it. Have had my fair share this year and have too much to do to get sick. :( Rest as much as you can and drink lots of fluids!!
I like the old prints....those are always so interesting. I wonder if they exaggerate the styles a bit for art's sake? I have a few similar framed prints of a foxhunt and something in the english countryside, that I got at a garage sale last summer, for like $5 for all 3. Actually I had a third but the glass was broken out, wish I'd saved it but I donated it away. Could have reframed it.
Can't wait to see you guys....and All That Jazz!

You'll hafto take a rest after putting so much energy into getting the shop ready...Then you can go back at ita bit more respectively. My body talks to me to me, too..I don't hardly ever listen. Hope you get to feeling better.

Hope you are feeling better!
I am sure the stress of setting up the shop and making sure everything was perfect, didn't help the health matters. I think that is why I got sick in Arizona.
Those are some cool pictures!

Sorry about your hip. Maybe it's caused from stress and overdoing it. You've been very busy. Be sure to take time out to rest and take good care of yourself, too.

Those art prints are wonderfully done. It's easy to feel the energy and animated movement in them.

I like the colors on the front of that magazine, too. Very light, airy and shabby chic.

Have fun following your dreams. May they all come true!

I've seen these before, they would be fun framed and hung on a wall...at the ranch! I will have to borrow the magazine to look at, I love all the decorating ones too, but they're so EXPENSIVE!
