Cows, Cows, More Cows!

I always love looking at the pictures some of you

post of your cows!

There is something so peaceful about them grazing,

or lying in the sun next to their mommas.

There is a cow pasture next to the stable.

Most of the time when I try to take photo's,

they get up and run away from me.

But not this day!!!

They seemed really curious about this woman with the camera.

What is she up to?

There are quite a few babies.

I love them!

This has to be a girl!

Isn't she the cutest thing?!?

How precious you are sweet baby!

It will be fun this winter to watch them grow up.

Hopefully they will let the strange lady take more pictures!!!

Snowflake

Today my sweet "Snowflake" would have been 15 yrs old.

She was a feral kitten when I got her

and pretty much stayed that way.

She was always afraid of everything and everyone.

She loved it when Pony Girl came to visit.

She would come and sleep on the edge of my bed at night.

She wouldn't leave me alone.

That was the only time I could try to sneak some kisses

and pet her.

All I wanted to do was love her.

But I couldn't change who she was,

I loved her no matter what.

I miss you Snowflake, baby Snowflake, my Snowy Girl.

Treasure Hunting

My favorite thing to do is spend time with the my Copper pony!

Also on my list of favorites is shopping for bargains!

I love bazaar's, flea markets, and 2Nd hand stores.

It seems to be a favorite family thing to do!

The Cowgirl Princess spent the night with Grammy.

I love this!

She was playing on the computer

and put on my reading glasses!

She will be wearing her own glasses in the next few weeks.

Hers will be Pink !

Changing Seasons

Fall is here!

The house smells wonderful...

Pumpkin and Spice

Where did summer go?

I've been a bad blogger.

Just needed a break.

I am ready to return!!!

This Cowgirl spent time getting a new-do today!

It was badly needed.

The front porch

Every time I went some where this summer

I found beautiful feathers...

I wasn't on a search for them,

They just magically showed up.

Who is this on my COPPERPONY!

The Copperpony and I spent a lot of time

on the trails this summer.

I really felt like I needed to spend my days

with him bonding and becoming his best friend

and building our relationship.

Like a marriage!

After going off and having stitches in my lip,

a month later while powering up a hill

my belt buckle got hung up over the saddle horn

and I got a 4x4 bruise and hugh lump on my stomach.

It is better, but still sore.

I've had to deal with some anxiety when we go out.

But Dusty has been such a good boy,

and I am overcoming it.

My incidents are so minor compared to what

some of you have gone through.

The thing is, I do not want to get hurt!

I love this little saying!

My daily inspiration said this today...
