Naughty Boy, GOOD BOY!!!

Thursday was day five of our bridling lesson

COPPERPONY is doing SO good!!!

Doc worked with him on Friday and today for me
I will get back out to the stable on Sunday

Thank You
to all of my blogger friends for your
support and ideas!

I will continue daily with the bridling

We both are
feeling more comfortable and confidient

Doc has access to a horse trailer
so we thought it would be a good time
to give
Dusty
a refresher course on loading

Copperpony

doesn't THINK he wants to go in!

Naughty, naughty Boy

don't you hurt DOC!!!

He really was a GOOD BOY

during the whole thing

He only had one bad moment then the rest

of the time he would step in and out

Here Doc just walked him right in

It was my turn next, and we did it!!!

(camera battery went dead)

I have had Dusty for 22 months now

and I am finally seeing that he is realizing he

can trust us and we aren't going to hurt him

Things aren't so tramatic for him!!!

After all, he always gets CARROTS and apples

after a HARD days work!!!

Doc gets a bottle of Makers Mark!!!

Thank You Doc!!!

I had tears in my eyes, just seeing him walk in like it was no big deal! Way to go Mom!

Oh I am so glad you had the second video LOL, when the first one stopped I was like aww man I wanted to see him load!! Well I seen it and he did great!! I'm glad that he has an owner who cares so much for him...If only all horse owners would be responsible!! Great work!!

Oh that first photo reminded me of a stubborn little pony just taking off regardless of what his human wanted! ;) He really tries to avoid things he is scared of, doesn't he? That second video shows you that he can load easily! Perplexing why it is such an issue for him..... I'm glad you are able to work on these things and that you have someone to help you!

What a good, good boy! Loved these videos...especially the second one, of course. But having both posted shows what a great triumph it must have been to have him load so effortlessly. Awesome! P.S. He is a copper beauty! :)
