It's Here!

Here is is!!!
I got a call today and it arrived.
I'm going tomorrow with my saddle as a down payment.
I have to put it on lay-away for a month or so.
It's a Billy Cook barrel racing saddle!
Now Dusty Devoe and the Copper Pony won't be
running around any barrels anytime soon!
Jessesdesert Rose rides in a Martin barrel saddle
and swears by it.
The tack shop will outfit it with rigging for trail riding.

I will let you know when I get it!
I guess I will just have to practice riding bare-back for awhile!
I think it will be good for me.

Wow, it's beautiful! I'm so excited for you, I hope it works out. I want to sit in it and see if I like it, when it's time for me to upgrade, maybe I will get a barrel racer and get it from the same place you did! ;)

My two favorite saddles to ride in are my barrel racing saddle and my english saddles. They offer so much more freedom to the big bulky alternatives. I think you will love it.

Well the wonderful thing about a barrel saddle is they are small and light weight! Oh that is ever so nice when you get a little older! Heck it was nice when we were younger! LOL
You are gonna be so stylin' and all the girls are going to be jealous.A friend of mine always liked to ride an Australian saddle, got a lot more to it than an English saddle for trail riding and just messing around. Look one up on the internet if you haven't saw one before.

Looks pretty sassy!!! just as long as your butt is IN THE SADDLE!!! Maybe the could give you the off billit or something to match the leather at cowboy Xmas???

Oh, its beautiful! I have a barrel saddle too, and I also swear by it! Although, its the only thing that fits my butt and my legs! Hopefully your copper pony will like it just as much.

Looks very nice! When I got my new saddle, I had it sitting in the living room like some sort of centerpiece for everyone to admire until I was able to use it. It's also a barrel saddle that will never see barrels. I like how snug I feel in it. I think it's preventing some spills from sudden sideways shying. I hope it arrives soon!
