Do you ever feel like you can't find the end of the road?
Feel like you're always spinning your wheels?
Can't see the light at the end of the tunnel?
I feel that way a lot of days.
Wonder what God 's plan is ?
It is good to have an end to journey towards,
but it is the journey that matters, in the end.

yes, i think all of us think like that, wondering, asking why, etc...but faith, patience, inner peace help during our journey!
Well, remember life is a journey, but YOU are driving the car. You can't wait for it to change course like you are a helpless passenger. If the wheels are spinning, stop driving down that same muddy road. Take chances. Try something new, don't get stuck in a rut because you are afraid to change. Things will always work out- often for the better. You get one chance at this life, this journey. At this point, follow your dreams.
I used to feel like this a lot, but now I feel like my wheels are not just absent-mindedly spinning. I feel (stealing from Pony Girl here) like I really am in control of where I go. I don't really know where I'm going yet, but that's okay, because I'm finally actually driving, and not just being a passenger. I'm sure your journey has more in store for you than you could imagine.
Wonderful message, my friend. You are such a beautiful blessing.

I think I am getting better about that, though I often feel in a rut. Thanks for these words!
when did Pony Girl get to be such a smarty pants! I feel you Auntie, things just seem to be more of the same these days. Pretty picture!
p.s. I love you, and I believe in you. ;) Take chances!!
I did notice that the younger cowgirls feel more in control than us older ones. I think it is more scary...when you are older, you don't seem to have all the options you did when you were younger. I do believe that you do have to pull yourself up out of a rut...even if you take small steps at a time!
Well said!
Maybe it's easier to see life as a journey as we get older because what we want changes from thinking we need it now, to things we can take the time to work towards. It seems backwards since, when we are young, time isn't an issue, and as we age we can feel time is running out.
That is one of my favorite quotes...
We just need a change-up once in awhile to wake us up and get us out of our comfort zones... life is a journey, you have to take it, not just be along for the ride.
I enjoyed looking over your blog
God bless you
Your post made me think and so did many of the comments. I don't feel like my being stuck is so much from fear, but from being a little worse for wear. Alot of the time it just feels like it's "too late" and the best stuff is already behind me. But I'm not dead yet, so I keep trying. Seeing all you other brave souls and what you're able to deal with and accomplish gives me hope.
