Copper Pony looks great! I also have a million head shots! It seems to be the easiest shot to get when I am alone with my horses! I love the picture with the snow falling on him!
I LOVE This post! I bet we'd have to arm wrestle over if you had more head-shots verses my(riding head shot) mane ear shots!!! I also do enjoy the one particular head shot of his black eye against the white arena wall too!
This is the best...really made me smile to see that gorgeous horse! Kac
Dusty!! You have a GORGEOUS horse in your dear friend, Copper Pony. And what a story you have to tell about it in your profile. I admire you immensely for pursuing your love and your dream.
I had a horse when I was a teen, Hurricane Babe, and this gives me hope that I'll ride again one day!
THANK YOU for stopping by my blog and deciding to follow. I always tell people that I know time is finite and I am sincerely touched when someone decides to spend part of theirs with me. Welcome! And many blessings to you!
I love the one of him in the snow. I think it looks magical. Also, I think there is such a Morgan look in his face and muzzle. He has the tiniest little nostrils! :)
When we are bonded with our horses, we can tell what each look means, each sound they make and their movement. We really do become one with our horses and people who don't own one never seem to really get that they are in our soul!
I think thats an obssesion we all have who own horses, I think mine is their eyes...peering into the soul is touching each time! Keep posting those head shots! Your blog is really pretty! I have DSL now and everything loads up well
At the age of 55 I got my first horse, my beloved "Dusty." My life revolves around him. It helps to have a wonderful husband who loves him as much as I do! "I honor my horse for his brave heart, courage, and willingness to give." He brings me such joy, and I feel truly blessed to be in HIS life! I am one of the "Pony Cousin's". My daughters are Pony Girl and
Paint Girl. They are the light of my life.
